Passion for Chillies is a spicy snifter from the Chesterfield Hotel in Mayfair and it fuses our awfully English vodka with passionfruit and pineapple, zesty lime and fiery fresh chillies.

And, here in the sumptuous surroundings of the Terrace Bar, this tangy tipple is just the thing to sip on while you spark up some warm conversation with company or perhaps even an old flame.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35 ml Broken Clock Vodka
  • 40 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • Fresh Chilli
  • Fresh Passion Fruit
Garnish
  • Fresh Chili Pepper

METHOD

For the Cocktail

Add the ingredients into a well-iced Boston Tin and shake vigorously to chill the mixture and create an opulent foam. Double strain into a martini glass and pop the tail of a chili pepper on top.
